Waving-Methode

»- Klient schließt die Augen und denkt an bestimmte Angst.

»- SUD-Punkte bewerten (Skala von 0-10).

»- Klient schaut auf die Fingerspitzen des Therapeuten, der die Hände schnell

hin- und herbewegt.

»-Klient atmet tief durch und denkt nochmals an das Problem.

»-Klient schaut wiederum auf die Fingerspitzen des Therapeuten, der die

Hände wieder schnell hin- und herbewegt.

»-Klient atmet tief ein und aus und bewertet die SUD-Punkte (Skala von 0-10).

»-Therapeut fragt Klient, welches Bild nun gekommen ist.

»-Klient stellt sich dieses Bild vOr und schaut wieder den Fingerspitzen des

Therapeuten nach, der die Hände wieder schnell hin- und herbewegt.

»- Klient atmet tief ein und aus. Er beschreibt das jetzige Bild und seine Gefühle.

»-Er stellt sich dieses Bild vor und es erfolgt ein erneuter Durchgang. Dies

wiederholt sich so lange, bis das Problem erlöst ist.
